MARGARET KARMAZIN

Eden

I work in acrylics because of their easy fluidity and cleanup. I also love the brightness of the colors and especially like creating other worldly plants and scenes.

Acrylic, 28×29 inches, November-December 2022

Margaret Karmazin is both artist and writer. Her art work, usually done in acrylics, has appeared in SageWoman, The MacGuffin, Adirondack Review, Ascent, Persimmon Tree and other publications and in shows and galleries in PA, NY and the Caribbean. Her short stories have appeared in literary and SF magazines, including Rosebud, Chrysalis Reader, North Atlantic Review, Mobius, Confrontation, Pennsylvania Review, The Speculative Edge, Aphelion and Another Realm. Her stories in The MacGuffin, Eureka Literary Magazine, Licking River Review and Mobius were nominated for Pushcart awards.
